Our hotel has started a guest loyalty programme for returning guests to reward their loyalty and trust.
Each individual guest who spends at least 10 nights at Avalon Resort & SPA is entitled to the loyalty card.
The holders of our loyalty card are entitled to the following benefits:
Parking in the underground car park of our hotel free of charge
Early check-in and late check-out with a 50% discount (depending on vacancy)
5% discount at check-out on wellness services as well as services and consumption in the entertainment units of Avalon Park (HELL Kat, Maya Play Park).
Surprise in the room at arrival for each stay
Opportunity to take part in promotions intended exclusively for our VIP guests
The benefits provided by the card are available only to the holder of the card and their direct family members (spouse, children).
Discounts are available only for direct bookings. Corporate bookings and bookings via agents (online or travel agent’s) are not eligible for the guest loyalty programme.
Each loyalty card is valid until cancelled.
