Arrival, departure:
Hotel rooms are at the disposal of our guests from 3 pmon the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Payment conditions:
In order to finalize an order, a 30% advance payment must be made within 72 hours of the reservation. In the case of reservations within 7 days, the transfer is required within 24 hours. The remaining amount is to be settled on site prior to departure.
Payment methods: cash, credit or debit card, SZÉP cards presented to the name of the person occupying the accommodation (any MKB, OTP, K&H sub-accounts). Combined payments are accepted (for example, SZÉP card, credit card and cash).
Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, 30% of the ordered services will be charged as a fee.
